What packaging do you use?

Wholesale orders are generally packed in neutral boxes and brown shipping cartons. Share custom packaging requirements when requesting a quotation so options and costs can be confirmed.

What are your payment terms?

Standard wholesale terms are T/T: a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% before delivery. Photos of the products and packaging are provided before the balance is paid.

What delivery terms are available?

FOB, CNF and CIF quotations are available according to your requirements. Provide your destination and preferred shipping arrangement for confirmation in your quotation.

How long does production take?

Wholesale production generally takes approximately 45 days after receipt of the advance payment. Timing depends on the products, customization requirements and order quantity, and is confirmed for each order.

Can you produce according to our samples or designs?

Yes. Send samples, drawings or artwork for review. Production feasibility, decoration suitability, sampling requirements and pricing will be confirmed before proceeding.

What is your sample policy?

Samples can be provided when stock is available. Customers pay sample and courier charges. Contact us to confirm availability and total cost.
